ANNISTON, AL (WBRC) -

Anniston Police have charged a 17-year-old in a double shooting at a gas station convenience store Friday, Aug. 16.

Quindarrius Sterling is charged as an adult with attempted murder and shooting into an occupied building.

Sgt. Chris Sparks said the two shooting victims both indicated they did not know the gunman.

A 20-year-old Oxford woman was grazed in the arm and a 27-year-old Gadsden man was wounded in the chest after what police described as a "dispute."

It happened in the parking lot of the Quintard Quick Mart, a Shell convenience store located at the intersection of 18th Street and Quintard Avenue. Neither victim suffered life-threatening injuries.

At the time of the shooting, police said the gunman and male victim were in the parking lot while the female was inside the store. The female victim was also injured by some glass from a shattered front door.
