A former Birmingham officer accused of robbery appeared in court Thursday.
T'Derek Luster is charged with two counts of robbery and ethics violations. He waived his preliminary hearing so the case will go straight to a grand jury.
A judge also reduced his bond from $1 million to $750,000.
Birmingham Police say Luster robbed the same man twice while he was off-duty. Luster resigned from the department before he was arrested.
