Bleu Cheese and Pineapple Slaw with Teriyaki Beef

All Around Town Catering's Bleu Cheese and Pineapple Slaw with Teriyaki Beef

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp vinegar

1 Tbsp pineapple juice

1/2 head shredded cabbage

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup pineapple tidbits

1/2 cup crumbled Bleu cheese

 

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least a half hour. Heat oil in pan and heat sliced beef for about a minute. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for two minutes and serve with the slaw. These flavors go really well together, even as unusual as it sounds! Try it and enjoy.
