Auburn man charged with shooting into occupied vehicle

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) -

An Auburn man is facing felony charges after police say he fired shots into a car.

Artavius Foster, 25, is being held in the Lee County Jail and is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.

Investigators arrested Foster after he was identified as the individual that shot into a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle near Booker Street and Julie Avenue in Auburn on September 12.

No one in the car was injured, but the car was damaged.

Foster is being held on a $5,000 bond.
