Incumbents out in Tuscaloosa's city council run-off

TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Both of the Tuscaloosa city council incumbents lost their seats in the run-off election held Tuesday night.

In District 1, Burrell Odom beat Councilman Bobby Howard 550-414 with three out of four precincts reporting.

In District 6, Eddie Pugh won over Councilman Bob Lundell 807-658 with three out of four precincts reporting.

Both Howard and Lundell had served two terms on the city council.

Tuscaloosa City Council will make the votes official next Tuesday, Oct. 15.
