BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Birmingham voters have decided several runoff elections.

Birmingham City Councilor Kim Rafferty retained her District 2 seat. She defeated challenger Rolanda Hollis.

Marcus Lundy defeated Leroy Bandy in the District 9 council race. Lundy will replace Roderick Royal, who did not seek re-election.

In the Birmingham Board of Education runoff races voters chose three new representatives.
