The officiating crew from the Alabama A&M University vs. Southern University football game has been sidelined.
The Southwestern Athletic Conference otherwise known as the SWAC conference, suspended the crew for failing to manage the clock properly in the closing seconds of that game, which was played Saturday October 12 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The crews suspension is set for one week.
A&M lost to Southern by the final score of 20-17, in a game that required double-overtime to decide a winner.
