Chef Tony Bayles' Sweet Potato Pie with Graham Cracker Crust Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups peeled, cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup condensed milk
1 Graham Cracker pie crust

Directions:
Combine the potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly then add the milk. Pour into to crust and bake 35-45 minutes or until set. Let cool and serve
