Ideas for your cover dish contribution to the family meal.

Bring a variety of meat:
Smoked Turkey, Pork Sausage, Buffalo style Wings, Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Today's Recipe Grilled Pork Tenderloin:
 Start with Marinade: All good marinades have the same basic components.
Acid component(vinegar,lemon,wine
Salt component( today soy is enough)
Oil component (grilling)olive virgin
Seasoning component
Avoid using metal bowls;react unpleasantly with metal,plastic wisk

Marinades are basically brine or pickling. Method of adding flavor by immersion of liquid. Marinade at refrigerated temps. Discard when finished

Grilling; Grill at medium temp apprx 300 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. The marinading effect uses cooking times not temperatures. Finish the last few minutes with a sauce. Cook to internal temperature 160 degrees. Needs to be a little red in the middle.

Merinade recipe:

16 oz. Soy Sauce
4oz lemon Juice
tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Whisk together
