Angela's savory pork bread pudding

10 small yeast rolls, cubed
2 1/2 cups of cream
8 eggs
2 cups of diced porkloin, cooked
teaspoon of fresh sage
teaspoon of fresh thyme
salt to taste
teaspoon of crushed red pepper flake
2 green apple, cubed
1/2 of onion, sliced


Sautee onions an dapples in olive oil until translucent. Whisk eggs and cream together. Add salt and pepper. Add cream egg mixture to bread, then add cooked onions and apples. Then add fresh thyme and sage. Pace in casserole dish and then in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Check center to make sure eggs are cooked.
