Chef Bayles' Buffalo Chicken Melt
(Makes 3 melts)
 
1 pound shredded cooked chicken breast
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz ranch dressing
6 slices mozzarella cheese
6 slices if Texas toast
8 tablespoons of hot sauce 
8 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon if Worcester sauce
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions: Combine hot sauce, butter, w. Sauce, vinegar cream cheese, ranch dressing and heat in sauce pan.  Toast on Griddle the Texas toast and add mozzarella. Put mixture between toast.
