TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

A Tuscaloosa County teenager has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of rape, incest and sodomy.

Justin James Clements, 17, was booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail on Saturday, Feb. 22 for two counts of rape, two counts of incest and one count of sodomy.

The victim in the case is a child under the age of 12, according to Tuscaloosa County DA Lyn Head.

The grand jury set a condition on Clements' bond that prevents him from having any contact with any child under the age of 12. His bond is set at $60,000.
