TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

After averting Tuscaloosa Police for nearly half a year, an alleged burglar linked to multiple felony break-ins is now behind bars.

Police say 37-year-old Julian Bradford Moseley forced his way through the metal/sheet-rock of Tuscaloosa businesses and robbed them.

The first break-in occurred on October 10, 2013, where Moseley allegedly forced his way into a Dollar General on Hargrove Road and left with multiple cell phones, TPD Sgt. Brent Blankley said in a press release.

Moseley carried out his latest robbery months later, and it was apparently a more ambitious attempt.

Sgt. Blankley said Mosely entered Fun Factory on Southside Drive on Feb. 13 and stole money, a laptop computer and keys to a 2013 Toyota Sienna, which he used to flee the scene. The stolen car was found a week later on Culver Road in Tuscaloosa.

U.S. Marshals caught up with Moseley at a rest stop along I-20/59 around 7:46 a.m. Thursday, March 13. They immediately took him into custody.

Moseley faces charges on one count of third degree burglary, one count of second degree burglary and one count of theft of property first degree.

He is in Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $45,000 bond. Moseley also had warrants out for his arrest from the Alabama Pardons and Parole.
