You could own a big piece of Nashville history.
The city is preparing to raffle off a downtown building.
The city doesn't have the money to fix up the Miller Building, so beginning April first the city will sell 500 raffle tickets for $100 each.
The raffle will be held in June, and the winner will get the whole building.
"Whoever gets the raffle, they will have 6 months to determine what they want to do with the building, and then maybe a year, or a little over a year, to actually renovate the building and put it back to use in our square," explained Mary Alice McGee, executive Director of the Berrien County Development Authority.
The city of Nashville raffled off a different downtown building last year. The winners renovated the building and turned it into a motel.
You can buy tickets at the Berrien County Chamber of Commerce in Nashville.
