Four years later, woman's murder still unsolved

Four years ago, a Douglas woman was murdered on the job, andthe crime still hasn't been solved.

Police saythey're still investigating and welcome tips. 

The family ofSandra Robinson says after four years, there are still many unansweredquestions about her murder and they want someone to come forward.

March 17, 2014 marks four years since Sandra Robinson was killed, and thereare still no answers for her family.

"We still don't know anything that really happened. Beingthat its been four years, we thought someone would have came with somedetails," said Trey Robinson, son.

This was the scene March 17, 2010. Sandra Robinson was found dead on the floor inside this CellularSuperstore where she worked on South Madison Street. Douglas Police say it wasan apparent robbery, but they still haven't arrested anyone.

"She didn't deserve what happened to her and whoever did thatto my mom doesn't know the pain and effect that it has had on me, my littlesister and my two brothers. We hurt everyday," said Trey Robinson, son.

The family says they're constantly reminded of her death as longas no one has been caught.

"March is really a rough, rough month. The whole year isrough, but coming up March is like everything happened all over again,"said Autherine Robinson.

Douglas Police Investigators say the case is still open andthey're trying to generate new leads to solve the case.

"We will re-interview everybody in the case. Co-workers,friends, family. Some family members of co-workers and friends," Sgt.Robert Sprinkle, Douglas PD.

Trey Robinson says the heartbreaking pain of missing his motherwill never go away.

"Loving person, sweet, well-known, She never did any harm toanybody," said Trey Robinson, son.

The family believes someone has details on Robinson death, andthey wish they would share that information with police to bring the familyclosure.
