TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Earlier this week, we investigated a stroller squabble at the University of Alabama.

A FOX6 viewer named "Angie" said you may want to think twice about taking your child's stroller to a game at Bryant-Denny stadium. The problem started at the A-day game over the weekend.

Angie says she was told by an attendant told her to park her stroller near the gate before going into the stadium.

"Afterwards we went to get the strollers and they were gone! The gate attendant told us the police had gathered all the strollers and thrown them away," she said.

Angie went on to say that people's possessions were just tossed into a big pile. Parents were forced to search through diaper bags and all kinds of items that were thrown on the ground near a dumpster.

FOX6 shared Angie's concerns with the University of Alabama. Spokesperson Deborah Lane says:

"Actions taken regarding unattended property on A-day were consistent with the university's long-standing security protocols and procedures for Bryant-Denny stadium and other buildings and facilities on campus."

Angie feels this policy should be better communicated to the public.
