All Around Town Catering's David/Sara Seared Sea Scallops

1 lb sea scallops

2 TBSP olive oil,

1 TBSP Blood Orange olive oil

1/2 tsp krazy salt

1 TBSP kosher salt

 

Rub scallops in kosher salt to remove moisture for about a minute or two. Heat oil in pan, and get nice and hot. Place scallops in oil and cook for about 2 minutes on one side. Turn them gently and cook for another 1 minute. These have some of the best flavor/texture combination.
