Ganach

1 pound chocolate

16 oz. Heavy cream

2 oz. or ¼ cup corn syrup

 

Boil the cream and corn syrup than pour over Chocolate.

Stir until smooth.

Can be used as a glace or sauce or when cool, Icing or filling for a cake.
