From Chef Franklin Biggs, Pepper Place Market:

3 packs        frozen lady fingers
2 pts             fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
½ cup            granulated sugar
2 TB            balsamic vinegar
1 qt             thick Greek yogurt, low or non fat (I prefer Fages brand)
¼ cup            honey

Mix the sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar and sugar and macerate for 1 hour, at room temperature.  A great liquid will form as the sugar melts and the flavors meld.
Blend the yogurt with the honey, adding more honey to taste.
Line the sides and bottom of a spring form pan with two thirds of the lady fingers.
Spoon half of the strawberry mixture over the bottom layer of lady fingers.
Carefully spoon half of the yogurt mixture over the strawberries.
Lay the rest of the lady fingers over  the yogurt layer.
Spoon the rest of the strawberries and then the yogurt mixture.
Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the springform pan.
Serve sliced or spooned.
