Trent Bissell of Whole Food's Avocado and Blue Crab salad with Buttermilk and Blackberries

1 avocado mashed up
2.5 oz. of buttermilk
Juice of 1/2 lime

8 oz. lump crab meat
1/2 bell pepper diced
1/2 poblano pepper diced
1 Roma tomato diced ( seeds removed)
2 green onions sliced thin
8 oz. blackberries
1/2 oz. marjoram chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first three ingredients until a thick dressing forms. Next mix in all ingredients except crab meat and blackberries, until incorporated. Next gently fold in crab meat being careful to not break it up.Place in a bowl or on a plate and top with blackberries. Adjust your seasoning to taste and serve with bread. Enjoy!
