2 SLICES OF BACON, CUT INTO PIECES
2 CUPS ONION, DICES
2 CUPS RED PEPPER, DICED
1/4 CUP SLICED GARLIC
1 TEASPOONS CAYENNE PEPPER
2 TABLESPOONS PAPRIKA
1 TABLESPOON FRESH TYHME LEAVES
SALT & CRACKED BLACK PEPPER, TO TASTE
1/2 CUP SHRIMP STOCK
2 CUPS COLLARD GREENS, SLICED
2 CUPS OKRA, SLICED
2 CUPS DICED TOMATO (FRESH OR CANNED)
3 POUNDS LARGE SHRIMP, CLEANED, DEVEINED, & HALVED LENGTHWISE
1 1/C CUPS COOKED RICE
