Angela's Fit2Eat Chicken Salad

•    1 half of a large chicken (thigh and breast)
•    ½ cup of Greek Yogurt
•    ½ cup of crushed walnuts
•    ½ cup of cranraisins
•    ¼ cup of honey
•    Salt to taste
•    Teaspoon of garlic powder
•    Teaspoon of ground thyme
•    Teaspoon of oregano
•    ¼  teaspoon  of cinnamon
•    1 teaspoon of parsley




Ina skillet, sear chicken breast and thigh with salt n pepper, until golden brown sear on each side.  Then, finish in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20mins or until the temperature is at 155…let sit for 10mins. or until cooled. Pull of the bone into shreds, place in bowl, then add all ingredients, and mix together. Taste for salt, seasoning, and honey.  Place on top of favorite salad or on favorite wheat bread and Enjoy!!
