FULTONDALE, AL (WBRC) -

Fultondale police are investigating a case of possible road rage after a motorcyclist claimed a driver in an SUV pointed a gun in his face.

Charles Letson, the motorcyclist in the situation, uploaded a video online that shows him arguing with a man in an SUV.

The driver of the SUV waves a gun in his hand and points it in the direction of Letson's camera in the video featured on Right This Minute on Monday. Much of the dialogue was bleeped out due to profanity.

According to the video's description, Letson said the driver began to brake-check him after Letson tried to pass his SUV in Fultondale.

The driver apparently kept his finger on the trigger of a handgun as Letson argued with him through the driver's side window.

The video then shows the SUV driver pulling away.

Fultondale police Lt. Philip Mangina confirms they are investigating the incident, but could not comment until a magistrate decides if charges will be filed in the case.
