(RNN) – Welcome to the live blog from SEC Media Days in Hoover, AL. For four days, we will provide coverage of the coaches and players at the annual event in anticipation of the 2014 football season.

Viewers are welcome to participate. However, vulgarity, personal attacks and inappropriate references to race and ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, etc. are not permitted.

Moderators reserve the right to block comments that fail to meet the above criteria or are deemed otherwise offensive.

Beginning at 11 a.m. CT, Commissioner Mike Slive will open the day with his comments. Also slated from 11 to 2:30 p.m. is Auburn, with coach Gus Malzahn, tight end C.J. Uzomah, who replaces quarterback Nick Marshall who was cited for marijuana possession a few days ago, center Reese Dismukes and defensive tackle Gabe Wright.

Session II from 2:40 to 5:40 p.m. features Florida and Vanderbilt. Coach Will Muschamp, quarterback Jeff Driskel, defensive end Dante Fowler and cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III are scheduled for the Gators.

The Commodores expected are coach Derek Mason, defensive lineman Adam Butler, tight end Steven Scheu and safety Andrew Williamson.
