Customers can score a free combo meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) when they visit one of its 1,700-plus restaurants fully dressed as a cow. That's around a $6 savings per meal. To help you dress like a cow they are offering a free PDF printable version of cow ears, nose and more to complete your attire. Bargain Mom tips for dressing like a cow on the cheap: Print the items from their site in black and white - to save on ink, get an old white T-shirt and a black permanent marker, then draw spots on the shirt. You can make a cow bell look alike out of cardboard and yarn. The trick is to not spend any money on your costume which would negate the free food offer, right? Target outdoor living + home and garden clearance 30% to 70% off - Check your Target for clearance in the outdoor living/home and garden department. Christie spotted furniture, accessories and more marked 30 to 70 percent off. Look for red tags on everything. This will move quickly since it's the staging area for back to school items. 2nd & Charles has a fun LEGO area. Fill a bag for $1 an ounce. There's a scale to weigh your bags before check out. Christie made the kids stick to 1 oz so they had to be judicious with their choices. Plus they were excited to find some replacement pieces they needed.
