(CNN) - A female executive at Yahoo is being sued for sexual harassment.

Former female software engineer, Nan Shi, filed the complaint Friday.

The accused executive, Maria Zhang, is a senior director of engineering.

The complaint says that Shi started working at Yahoo in February 2013, and Zhang was her direct supervisor.

Shi said Zhang "coerced" her to have sex with her on multiple occasions against her will.

Zhang promised her a "bright future" at the company, the complaint says, and also threatened to "take everything away from her."

It says once Shi reported the harassment to Yahoo's human resources, the company ultimately fired her.

In a statement, a Yahoo spokesperson said "there is absolutely no basis or truth" to the allegations.
